- is founder of the first Hungarian telecottage (1994) and the Hungarian Telecottage Association (1995), 550 telecentres operating in 2004
- first president of the Hungarian Telecottage Association (1995-1999), second turn: 2001-2004,
- 1999-2001, director of the 100 % owned by the HTA public benefit company "Telehaz KHT"
- board member of the Community TeleService Centres (CTSC), ITU affiliated civic organisation from 1998,
- as community informatics' consultant of the Hungarian Ministry of Informatics and Communication writer of the eHungary points strategy, part of the National Information Society Strategy,
